E1.2 State as an actor in the conflict

Title

The State concentrates coercion, taxes, bureaucracy and legitimacy. It may contain or produce violence. Physically it operates as a central node with high connectivity and the ability to apply coercive energy to the system. If it loses territorial control or information, political entropy increases and autonomous foci appear.
