Mathematical Model

Description

Model D1 - Dynamic Mode Identification

Once the semantic network has been structured, each object is associated with a variable that allows its mathematical formulation. The relationships between variables —expressed in the semantic network as vectors and associations between objects— are translated into equations that describe the behavior. These equations are, as far as possible, grounded in first principles rather than in algorithms numerically fitted merely to reproduce measured behaviors. The result is the model's logical network: the set of variables, with their units and ranges, and the equations that relate them.
