Title

Optics constitutes a fundamental branch of classical wave and field physics aimed at the study of light, its propagation and its interaction with material media and surfaces.
Its foundation lies in the wave and electromagnetic nature of luminous radiation, as well as in the laws that govern reflection, refraction and image formation.
In addition, this discipline deals with the analysis of interference, diffraction, polarization and optical instruments, which makes it possible to explain visual phenomena and develop multiple scientific and technological applications.
