Energy and Power
Topic

Force itself can be seen as a product of potential energy that, when accelerating an object, transforms into kinetic energy of translation.

Similarly, torque can be understood as the outcome of potential energy generating angular acceleration, which subsequently converts into kinetic energy of rotation.

If the system does not dissipate energy, it can be studied how the system converts potential energy into kinetic energy and back into potential energy. This approach allows describing the associated dynamics.
